At Yakups, we strive to ensure your custom vertical rack meets your adventure needs; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unused equipment within 30 days of delivery. Please note that due to the custom nature of our RV racks, returns must be in original packaging and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team at www.Yakups.com with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Package Your Rack

Carefully disassemble and secure the rack, bikes, or board mounts in their original shipping crates to prevent damage during transit.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the package and ship the unit back to our manufacturing facility via a tracked carrier.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
